We do not take joy in designing solutions that sit on the shelf. So we make our remedies doable. We organize actions, create time lines and goals, provide checklists, create strategies, design websites, build systems and much more. At the same time, we try to keep the client within their comfort zone and earn their "buy-in" to the course of action. We know from experience that without the support (and passion) of corporate management, the executive director, the marketing director and the staff, our plans cannot be successful.
