Share The Evidence

Handouts (collateral materials) are a way of establishing credibility with those you meet, and with those you have not met. The typical handout, such as a brochure, focuses on the assisted living facility. However, collateral materials must fill multiple marketing roles and address a variety of consumer needs and concerns. These include:

  • Provide "evidence" that you understand the situations that seniors and their family members find themselves in.
  • Educate and share your expertise (and that of your referral sources).
  • Provide tools for those you meet to sell others involved in the decision-making process.
  • Provide new reasons for those who like you to talk about you, promote you and recommend you.
