Share The "Evidence"
Handouts (collateral materials) are a way of establishing credibility with those you meet and with those you have not met. A common example is a brochure. The typical handout focuses on the facility. However, that is only one of the areas that need to be addressed in the selling process. Here are some other roles that your collateral materials can fill.
- Provide "evidence" that you understand the situations that seniors and their family members find themselves in.
- Educate and share your expertise (and that of your referral sources).
- Provide tools for those you meet to sell others involved in the decision-making process.
- Provide new reasons for those who like you to talk about you, promote you and recommend you.
